The HR & OD Manager is in charge of overall Organization Development, as well as leading and managing the HRA & OD Team
Duties And Responsibilities
- Establishes, implements, and develops HR structures that will increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. These structures may address the following HR facets: Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Culture, Total Rewards, Workforce Planning, among others.
- Conducts organizational diagnosis in order to come up with sound interventions and recommendations.
- Acts as a change agent for the company to build a strong workplace culture
- Acts as a strategic partner to support individual teams to achieve business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business, or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in various HR functions, supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in Organization Development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data-driven, analytical, and strong people skills
