Key Responsibilities
- Organizational Development (OD): Analyze and optimize organizational structures, design roles/competencies, and lead change management initiatives.
- Capability Development (Learning & Development): Create training programs for leadership and staff, manage talent development, and map career pathways.
- Performance Improvement: Assess company culture and structure to boost efficiency, effectiveness, and employee engagement.
- Strategic Planning: Align human resource initiatives with overall corporate strategies for organizational growth.
