About the Role
As an HR Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing HR projects that enhance our recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and organizational development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR projects across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and organizational development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of HR initiatives
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Drive change management and ensure smooth adoption of new HR programs and systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in project management (HR experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and HR systems
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus
