Your impact
- Provide civil engineering planning, design, and technical leadership for road and infrastructure projects, supporting local, ANZ, and global teams.
- Act as Design Manager, Discipline Lead, or Package Lead as required, ensuring deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
- Apply Australian Standards, Austroads Guidelines, and local authority requirements in design and documentation.
- Review, check, and approve designs while ensuring strong QA/QC and compliance with design quality systems.
- Mentor and coach junior to mid-level engineers, supporting capability development and team growth.
- Support project pursuits, tender preparation, and client engagement to drive business growth.
Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience delivering civil infrastructure projects, preferably aligned with Australian and ANZ standards and practices.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, best practices, and regulatory frameworks relevant to civil and infrastructure engineering.
- Proven capability in project management, including scope definition, schedule and budget control, staffing forecasts, and risk management.
- Experience providing technical guidance, mentoring, and skills development to designers, drafters, and junior to mid-level engineers.
- Ability to contribute at both technical and strategic levels, including support for bids, pursuits, client engagement, and team growth initiatives.
