Lead and supervise the Order Control team to ensure smooth and accurate order processing
Manage and respond to customer queries related to orders, delivery status, shortages, and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
Review, verify, and print created customer orders and ensure accurate handover to the Picking Team
Coordinate closely with the Picking, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to meet daily order fulfillment targets
Monitor order flow, prioritize urgent or special orders, and resolve issues that may impact timelines
Ensure all orders are processed according to company procedures and service level agreements (SLAs)
Track and report order-related issues, errors, and delays to management with corrective actions
Train, guide, and support team members to maintain accuracy, productivity, and service quality
Ensure proper documentation and system updates for all processed orders
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
