Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the Order Control team to ensure smooth and accurate order processing
  • Manage and respond to customer queries related to orders, delivery status, shortages, and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
  • Review, verify, and print created customer orders and ensure accurate handover to the Picking Team
  • Coordinate closely with the Picking, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to meet daily order fulfillment targets
  • Monitor order flow, prioritize urgent or special orders, and resolve issues that may impact timelines
  • Ensure all orders are processed according to company procedures and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Track and report order-related issues, errors, and delays to management with corrective actions
  • Train, guide, and support team members to maintain accuracy, productivity, and service quality
  • Ensure proper documentation and system updates for all processed orders
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

Requirements

  • Experience in Order Control, Order Processing, Customer Service, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of order management systems (ERP/WMS) and basic inventory processes
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with warehouse and operational teams
  • Knowledge in MS Suite (especially Excel) and order management software
  • Amenable to work onsite in Silang, Maguyam, Cavite
