What you'll do:

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service application to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across various systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance.

- Document processes and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team.

Here's what you'll need:

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Cloud Conversion.

- Strong understanding of cloud application architecture and deployment strategies.

- Experience with data migration and integration processes within Oracle Cloud.

- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in business solutions.

- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance and user experience.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Conversion.

- This position is based at our Manila office.
