Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Training Delivery Partner, based in Cebu with some flexibility for remote work. The role includes designing and delivering training programs to improve operational performance and customer service outcomes. The individual will coordinate with various teams to identify training needs, ensure the effective execution of training modules, and provide guidance and support to employees in both customer service and operational excellence. Continuous assessment and improvement of training methods will also be a key part of this role.
