Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Cebu. In this role, you will provide professional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and managing Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in delivering excellent Customer Experience and fostering positive client relationships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
  • Experience in call center or related customer service roles is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in customer service is a plus
