We are looking for an Operations Supervisor Booking, Reconciliation & Digitalization to oversee transaction booking accuracy, reconciliation governance, and process digitalization initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial integrity, strong controls, and efficient operations through structured supervision, datadriven monitoring, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 58 years of experience in booking, reconciliation, or financial operations
- At least 23 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience working in transaction processing and reconciliation control environments
- Strong understanding of process controls, governance, and makerchecker frameworks
- Handson experience with financial or policy administration systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation tracking, and reporting
- Familiarity with reconciliation tools, dashboards, or reporting platforms
- Exposure to process automation, digital workflows, or system enhancement initiatives
- Strong attention to detail, analytical problemsolving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset
What You'll Do:
- Supervise daily transaction booking to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with operational and financial standards
- Oversee bookings related to new business, renewals, endorsements, adjustments, cancellations, and refunds
- Validate correct capture of premiums, commissions, taxes, fees, and net payable/receivable balances
- Ensure transactions are accurately reflected across operational systems, policy administration systems, and finance ledgers
- Monitor booking backlogs and turnaround times, reviewing and approving complex or highvalue transactions
- Supervise endtoend reconciliation activities, including premium, bank, commission, suspense, refund, and systemtoledger reconciliations
- Investigate discrepancies, monitor aging items, and validate reconciliation completeness before monthend close
- Enforce makerchecker controls, segregation of duties, documented signoffs, and quality assurance reviews
- Drive digitalization and process improvements by supporting automation, dashboards, and system enhancements
- Lead and develop booking and reconciliation analysts through coaching, training, workload management, and performance reviews
