Job Summary
What you need to know about the job
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for
ensuring the effective and efficient daily operations of all stores. This role guarantees smooth workflow by monitoring operational compliance, conducting regular branch inspections, and ensuring that sales, service quality, and operational standards are consistently achieved.
The Operations Supervisor oversees sales performance, staffing schedules, and inventory management across branches while providing direct support to store teams. Additionally, this position is responsible for
cross-department coordination, data gathering and consolidation, benchmarking best practices, and
implementing operational improvements to enhance store productivity and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 24 years of experience in sales; 12 years in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, sales reporting, and forecasting techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
