Operations Specialist

We aren't looking for a rockstar, a multitasking ninja, or someone eager to wear many hats.

I run BridgeOps, a managed operations agency, and we build rigid, high-performance infrastructure for US-based law firms and real estate brokerages. I don't need creative free-spirits. I need a clinical, zero-defect operator who thrives on structure, logic, and following bulletproof Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The Reality of the Role:

• The Schedule: Rigid EST hours (Night Shift in the PH).
• The Execution: You will be handling New York State legal document pre-filling, formatting PDFs for strict e-filing portals (NYSCEF), and managing active listings within the GCAR real estate system.
• The Environment: You will not be left to guess, and you will not be managing client chaos. You will operate inside a highly controlled, centralized task board, executing automated workflows and SOPs I've already architected.
• The Compensation: $7.00 - $8.00 / hour.

Who You Are:

• You have a background in highly regulated environments (legal administration, real estate transaction coordination, or strict data compliance).
• You view a 5-step SOP as a mandatory blueprint, not a polite suggestion.
• You communicate with brutal efficiency and logic.
