Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Test Analyst to support the implementation of complex enterprise systems, primarily within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite (ERP and CRM).

About the Role
You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of Dynamics 365 applications through structured testing activities. This includes test planning, execution, defect management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of system enhancements and implementations.
A strong understanding of business processes within education and/or member-based organisations will be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans based on business requirements and functional specifications.
- Perform manual and automated testing across Dynamics 365 applications (ERP & CRM).
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams to resolve them.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability across updates and enhancements.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and end-users to align on requirements and testing outcomes.
- Contribute to test automation initiatives, including script development and maintenance.
- Support non-functional testing and data migration testing activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation and reporting.
- Use Azure DevOps for test management, coordination, and reporting.
About You
- Proven experience as a Test Analyst, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Excellent requirement analysis skills with the ability to translate user stories into SIT, UAT, and end-to-end test cases.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (including load testing where applicable).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage complexity and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Exposure to ICT transformation programs highly regarded.
Highly Desirable
- Experience working within education, member-based, or not-for-profit organisations.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or relevant testing certifications.
- Experience working with Azure DevOps for test and project management.
- Exposure to CRM testing within D365 environments.
