Your Mission
- Oversee the implementation of procedures and policies within the Company
- Establish ways of improving the work environment and ensure efficient business operations in the Company
- Formulate strategic plans to reach Company annual targets and recommend policies and procedures to improve operations, finance and logistics
- Ensures that the Companys revenue and profitability targets are met or exceeded

Who You Are
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree.
- Passionate about solving daily operational concerns
- 5+ years of experience in operations supervision or management
- Understands general finance, logistics and legal compliance
- Proven knowledge on operating standards, procedures, laws, rules and regulations
- Excellent communicator and driver of the team
- Bonus: Background with furniture and design industry
