Your Role:
As an Operations Services Manager, you will:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing the end-to-end operations of United Petroleum Philippinesu0027 BPO organisation supporting 450+ Australian retail locations.
  • Build and establish the New Services division within UPP, driving operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage KPIs including SLA compliance, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
  • Support business transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and scalability.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with client and company objectives.
  • Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability, learning, and engagement.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies.
  • Assist in managing the BPO site budget, ensuring cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
  • Prepare and analyze reports, forecasts, and operational budgets to support decision-making.
  • Ensure contractual obligations and service-level agreements are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Maintain compliance with local data privacy, health & safety, regulatory standards, company policies, client requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Lead risk management, people operations, and business continuity planning initiatives.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables:
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience in retail, QSR, or BPO serving multi-site operations.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams across diverse areas such as facilities management, marketing, analytics, customer service, finance, or HR.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process optimization, client relationship management, and people leadership.
  • Strong financial management and P&L experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience in BPO senior leadership or operations management supporting multi-site clients.
Preferred skills / expertise:
  • Bacheloru0027s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Prior experience in retail gasoline operations or QSR environments.
  • Strong client partnership and relationship management experience.
  • Exposure to strategic operational planning, continuous improvement methodologies, and team development initiatives.
