Levi & Korsinsky, LLP, a leading US-based law firm, is establishing its Delivery Center in Cebu.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help oversee our pioneer team. This role is central to ensuring that our Cebu Delivery Center meets the firm's standards of professionalism, compliance, and client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a team of 6–7 associates.
• Ensure adherence to performance, quality, and compliance standards.
• Work in close coordination with colleagues in the United States and India to align processes and delivery.
• Recruit, train, and develop associates to meet firm expectations.
• Provide reporting and analysis to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of leadership experience in a BPO, Shared Services, or Delivery Center environment.
• Familiarity with quality assurance, training, and workforce management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with global teams is an advantage.

Pay range and compensation package

• Daily commute travel allowance (P500 per day)
• Leave credits, HMO, and life insurance coverage
• Partial work-from-home flexibility, depending on operational requirements
