Develop and execute construction and deployment strategies for site expansion, relocation, and termination projects.
Plan, manage, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely and cost-efficient completion.
Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility, compliance, and suitability with company and regulatory standards.
Review and approve site recommendations aligned with business and construction requirements.
Oversee end-to-end construction activities, from asset delivery and installation to site activation and turnover.
Ensure on-site works comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Prepare and submit monthly project status and performance reports.
Support business case development using site data and performance metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Engineering, Sales, Project Management) and external stakeholders (lessors, contractors, engineers, service providers).
Lead the deployment/construction team, resolve operational issues, and proactively manage project risks.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering,or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in construction, project, or site management.
With structural engineering experience
With high-rise project handle experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams under pressure.
Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Solid knowledge of construction standards and quality control procedures.
Preferably with 40-hour COSH training.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to travel as required.
Preferably with a valid drivers license (Restriction Codes 1 & 2).
