The Operations Manager will oversee and integrate key operational functions across Product
Management, Project Management, Information Technology, and Accounting. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, cross-functional alignment, and the successful execution of strategic initiatives. The position supports both retail operations and B2 business activities, ensuring that systems, processes, and financial controls are effectively managed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across Product, Project Management, IT, and Accounting
- Align processes and initiatives with overall business objectives
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional projects to ensure timely, efficient delivery
- Partner with IT on system implementation, maintenance, and optimization
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate financial processes and reporting
- Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures
- Manage resources, timelines, and priorities across functions
- Promote efficiency, productivity, and process improvement initiatives
- Foster clear communication and collaboration across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, IT, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in retail and/or B2B environments
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams (Product, Project, IT, or Accounting)
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial processes, and systems management
- Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive presentations
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in basic to intermediate mathematics (e.g., percentages)
