Job Description

The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive operational efficiency by designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows and procedures.
  • Oversee inventory, supply chain coordination, warehouse transactions and resource allocation to meet company objectives.
  • Manage cross-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align operational strategies with business goals.
  • Conducting site visits and monitoring projects

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Architecture or Civil Engineering.
  • Preferably with experience in manpower handling and project management or has at least 3 years experience as Operations Manager.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • With background in Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
