What you'll focus on
Update Packaging Guidelines
- Review, revise, and document packaging standards specific to the Cabuyao site.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the updated guidelines align with company policies and customer requirements.
- Provide clear and concise documentation for easy reference and implementation by the operations team.
Conduct Time-in-Motion Studies
- Observe and analyze workflows to measure productivity and efficiency.
- Collect and interpret data to establish productivity benchmarks for various tasks.
- Provide recommendations to optimize processes based on study findings.
Support 5S Implementation
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of the 5S program (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with 5S standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Promote awareness and engagement among team members to sustain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.
What you bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of 5S principles and time-in-motion studies is a plus, but not required.
