Job Overview / Summary
The Operations & Admin Intern provides critical support to the daily public service activities of Tulong Tulfo. This role is designed for a proactive student who can manage high-volume communications and administrative tasks, ensuring that requests for assistance are processed efficiently and with the utmost care. You will work directly under the department coordinator to bridge the gap between the organization and the public.
Duties & Responsibilities
Email Management: Monitor the official inbox, sort incoming requests for help, and respond to general inquiries using approved templates.
Communication Support: Receive and screen incoming calls, take detailed messages, and redirect callers to the appropriate channels.
Documentation: Organize and archive digital files, emails, and beneficiary records to maintain an orderly database.
Operational Assistance: Assist the Coordinator in managing daily logistics, scheduling, and preparing materials for community outreach programs.
Data Entry: Accurately encode information from manual forms or phone calls into the tracking system.
Qualifications / Requirements
Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in an OJT (On-the-Job Training) or Internship course.
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Arts, Psychology, Sociology, Social and Human Service or related fields.
Residency: Must be a resident of Cebu (strictly Cebu-based applicants only).
Documentation: Must be able to provide a valid Internship/OJT endorsement letter from their college or university.
Language: Fluency in both English and Filipino is essential for effective communication with beneficiaries.
Competencies / Skills
Administrative Proficiency: Skilled in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office.
Attention to Detail: Ability to organize large volumes of information without losing track of critical requests.
Interpersonal Skills: Patience and empathy when dealing with the public and handling sensitive cases.
Reliability: High level of professionalism and the ability to meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hybrid (Cebu-based only)
Schedule: Follows Australian Business Hours (Ph Time)
Daylight Savings Time (DST): 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Australian Standard Time (AST): 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
