Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred;
  • Previous experience in operations background/customer service is a plus/advantage;
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Sociable, responsible, and organized.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Marcos Highway
  • Enable and assist drivers in onboarding, making sure that the drivers have a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Engage and collaborate with every function within the Operations team and others, to ensure information flow with new drivers is being processed efficiently.
  • Track and monitor new drivers onboarding process and relevant activities
