Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist position located in the USA The role involves assessing patients physical and functional conditions and developing personalized treatment plans to improve their daily living and working capabilities. The Occupational Therapist will collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and their families on care strategies, and monitor progress to adjust treatments as necessary. Providing detailed documentation and maintaining compliance with all health regulations is also essential.

Qualifications

• Expertise in patient assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation techniques
• Strong skills in communication, patient education, and training caregivers
• Ability to document care plans, treatment progress, and reports accurately
• Proficient in maintaining compliance with health regulations and best practices
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Valid Occupational Therapist license and registration
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within healthcare teams
• Experience in working in healthcare settings; experience in diverse environments is a plus
