Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a National Key Account Specialist, based in Taguig. The role involves managing strategic relationships with national key accounts, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting client needs to drive business growth. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to align solutions with client goals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The position requires effective communication, market analysis, and an ability to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Strategic Account Management, Relationship Management, and Client Retention
  • Expertise in Market Research, Sales Strategy Development, and Business Development
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and align solutions effectively
  • Knowledge of cloud and AI technologies is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or other relevant fields
  • Proficiency in English and any additional regional language is a plus
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
