Minimum Education
Degree in Communications and Media/IT/Visual Communications, Multimedia, Design, Architecture, or related courses.
Years of Experience
Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in Graphic Design, Brand Development, Social Media, Events and/or Digital Marketing.
Fresh graduates with industry-standard, curated portfolios are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as Cinema4D, Blender, VRay, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Twinmotion, and Enscape.
- Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content.
- Knowledge on multimedia technical skills (graphic design, video editing, motion graphics and 3D modeling and rendering) is a huge plus.
- Prior experience in content development for e-learning, animation sets (2D/3D) and/or interactive elements is a plus.
- Prior experience in marketing and advertising is a huge plus.
- Proficiency in designing advanced marketing concepts.
- Ability to diagnose a brand's business problem with precision.
- Basic knowledge of web development/UI software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can multi-task and work independently.
- Must possess integrity and the intent towards creating projects with valuable impact.
- Must be versatile in discipline when it comes to creativity, and possess an interest in innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Meeting with key personnel to determine the project scope and brainstorm ideas.
- Communicate concepts through updated and modern design principles.
- Collaborate with other design team members and clients to assess the requirements of a project or campaign.
- Utilize different mediums and platforms to develop creative multimedia work for events, marketing efforts, advertisements, website design, or animation using computer software programs.
- Develop both 2D and 3D designs using different modeling programs that can be both static and animated.
- Develop AVPs for different platforms such as TV, web and other online channels that are involved in campaigns.
- Creating motion sequences based on approved style frames and storyboards.
- Deliver extensive social, digital video and audio content production skills, including the track record of industry quality output with quick turnaround.
- Manage the end to end execution of digital & video production materials.
- Performing media edits based on client and superior's feedback.
