Your Role:
As a
Multimedia Designer, you are responsible for the end-to-end design and production of compelling visual content that strengthens MicroSourcingu0027s brand and supports key marketing initiatives. Serving as a creative expert within the marketing team, you will:
- Develop creative concepts and visual studies for graphics, video, and animation (motion graphics) across a wide range of assets, including brochures, white papers, social media creatives, and infographics.
- Execute formatting, layout, and design for diverse digital and print collateral, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence across all touchpoints.
- Manage end-to-end production of digital and printed materials, coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and printers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Serve as an internal creative consultant, offering guidance on design approach, themes, best practices, visual storytelling, and effective content presentation.
- Upload and maintain drafts and final assets in internal repositories, ensuring proper organization, file hygiene, and adherence to MicroSourcing brand and creative standards.
- Support broader marketing and sales enablement initiatives as needed, including assistance with campaign assets, event materials, and internal communications.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate creative output and enhance the brandu0027s visual identity.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables:- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar multimedia, visual design, or creative production role.
- Strong proficiency in video editing and motion graphics (required).
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to translate written and verbal briefs into compelling design concepts, storyboards, and finished assets.
- Working knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and audio equipment for on-site shoots.
Preferred skills/expertise:- Experience designing for an outsourcing company or B2B environment.
- Prior experience in a creative or advertising/production agency.
- Familiarity with new creative tools and willingness to explore emerging design trends, including AI-assisted tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for collaboration and presentation of concepts.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with a high attention to detail.
