Job Description

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photographs and videos for a variety of purposes, including marketing materials, social media, websites, product promotions, and events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and deliver visual content that aligns with brand messaging.
  • Edit and enhance raw footage and images using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Manage the video and photo shoot process, including lighting, composition, audio, and setting up equipment.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all multimedia content.
  • Maintain an organized digital asset library, ensuring all images and videos are properly cataloged and easily accessible.
  • Assist in the creation of video storyboards and visual content plans for different marketing campaigns.
  • Stay current on multimedia trends, techniques, and technologies, incorporating fresh ideas into projects.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content for events, launches, or any other company-related activities.
  • Work with external agencies or clients (if applicable) to understand their multimedia needs and deliver results that exceed expectations.
  • Ensure all media is delivered on time and within project deadlines.
  • Bachelors degree in Multimedia Arts, Photography, Videography, Film, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse multimedia content.
  • Expertise in photography and videography techniques, including camera settings, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Final Cut Pro, etc.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A good understanding of current trends in social media and digital content creation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
