Overview
We are seeking a creative and skilled Motion Graphics/Video Animator to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for storytelling through motion graphics and animation and will be responsible for creating engaging and visually stunning video content for our expanding library of training courses.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and fully animated 3-5 minute videos from the ground up.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and develop concepts and storyboards.
- Translate ideas into compelling, motion graphics-focused storytelling (no reliance on live-action clips or text-based videos)
- Work with a range of media, including 2D/3D animation, graphic design, and video editing.
- Ensure all animations and graphics adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines and budget constraints.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics and animation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in motion graphics and animation, specifically in creating fully animated videos (3-5 minutes) from concept to completion
- A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics-focused work (fully animated projects preferred over video editing or live-action content).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Animate, Illustrator, Photo Shop, and Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and typography.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
