Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled
Website Designer ( Mid or Senior Level ) who will work closely with the Website Team and Digital Marketing team to develop conversion-driven website templates, intuitive UI/UX interfaces, and cohesive brand identities. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with creative vision and understands how design directly impacts business performance, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Website & Template Design
- Design and develop conversion-focused, SEO-friendly website templates with responsive, mobile-first layouts.
- Design reusable components and scalable design systems that support various landing pages and marketing funnels.
- Design A/B test variations to improve lead quality, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Ensure all designs meet performance standards, accessibility guidelines, and brand consistency.
- Build and maintain cohesive brand identity systems, including logos, color palettes, typography, iconography, and layout rules.
UI/UX Development
- Create intuitive wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI kits using Figma or equivalent tools.
- Conduct UX reviews to identify friction points and propose design improvements aligned with marketing objectives.
Collaboration & Implementation
- Work closely with Developers to ensure flawless design-to-development handoff, supported by documentation and annotated mockups.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing to align designs with campaign goals, audience insights, and conversion strategies.
- Deliver quality and quick-turn mockups for new landing pages
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output and meeting deadlines.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Can monitor design performance through analytics, user behavior insights, and heatmaps.
- Recommend design enhancements that boost site speed, readability, engagement, and SEO performance.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX, web design, and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Web Design, or any related creative/design field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, web design, UI/UX, and branding.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong expertise in branding, responsive UI/UX, landing page design, and website aesthetics.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS companies, marketing, digital campaigns, or lead-generation-focused industries is preferred.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) – high-level proficiency.
- Figma (preferred) – advanced prototyping and design system capabilities.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or similar web-building platforms.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS constraints, responsive design standards, and CMS structures.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, web performance principles, and conversion optimization best practices.
- Bonus: Familiar with AI Design Tools ( Gemini, Midjourney, Canva AI, Freepik AI, Adobe Firefly, and etc. )
- Mastery of color theory, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and composition.
- Ability to create clean, balanced layouts that scale across devices and platforms.
- Strong eye for modern visual trends, usability, and brand consistency.
