Job Overview:

We are looking for a talentedVideo Editor / Motion Graphic Assistantwho specializes inanimating static design materialssuch as posters, key visuals (KVs), banners, and social media graphics. You'll be turning flat visuals into eye-catching animated content for digital ads and video platforms.This is anight shift position, perfect for creators who thrive in quieter hours and have a keen sense for visual rhythm and motion.

Responsibilities:

• Transform static design files (posters, KVs, banners, etc.) into engagingmotion graphics and short-form animations;
• Animate layered design elements using basic transitions, text animations, masks, zooms, and visual pacing;
• Handle sound syncing, simple subtitle layouts, and size adaptations for various platforms;
• Collaborate with graphic designers to accurately interpret and extend visual direction;
• Revise and optimize animated content based on team feedback, ensuring clarity, flow, and style consistency.

Requirements:

• Proficient in at least one editing or motion design software (e.g.,Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro);
• Basic understanding ofgraphic design principles, composition, and visual rhythm;
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail;
• Responsible, communicative, and able to handle repetitive yet detail-sensitive tasks;

Bonus Points:

• Familiar with After Effects basics (masking, tracking, text animation, etc.);
• Experience in animating visuals forplatform-specific ads(TikTok, youtube ad, fb, etc.);
• Prior work with banner motion design or e-commerce visual content is a plus.
