We're hiring: Motion Graphic Designer (aka The Animator Who Brings the Pixels to Life)
We're on the lookout for a Motion Graphic Designer to join our marketing agency and help us take our clients video and social content from meh to mesmerizing. If your idea of fun includes animating text until it feels just right, and you've ever cried tears of joy over smooth keyframeskeep reading.
You'll be the one breathing life into our static designstransforming creative briefs into scroll-stopping animations, punchy explainer videos, and those satisfying micro-interactions that make viewers go: Wait, play that again.
What you'll be doing (aka your claim to motion greatness):
- Designing and animating motion graphics for videos, reels, social media posts, ads, and anything else that moves
- Collaborating with our creative team (designers, copywriters, strategists) to turn ideas into kinetic magic
- Creating templates, transitions, and short-form animations for clients across different industries
- Making static assets come alive in ways that are fun, on-brand, and optimized for performance
- Editing short-form videos and adding animation overlays, motion typography, and visual effects
- Handling multiple projects at once without glitching (you're a multitasker, not a MacBook from 2012)
You might be perfect for this if you:
- Have 13+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or video editing
- Know your way around After Effects, Premiere Pro, or whichever dark arts you use to animate
- Have a strong eye for design, timing, and storytellingeven when there's no voiceover
- Can adapt your style across different brands and industries
- Love working collaboratively, receiving feedback, and iterating quickly
- Are down to work across time zones and shifts (yep, our clients are both local and globalyou might be animating while someone else's coffee is brewing)
Bonus points if you:
- Know how to optimize motion graphics for different platforms (IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Have experience with Lottie, Figma-to-motion workflows, or interactive animation
- Can create subtle, satisfying animations that people don't skipand sometimes even save
- Are based in Cebu
