Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and contact potential merchant partners via cold calling and field visits.
- Field Pitching: Conduct face-to-face presentations to explain the value proposition.
- Document Collection: Ensure all regulatory and business requirements are collected accurately for fast onboarding.
- Reporting: Submit complete documents to the Key Accounts Officer for system uploading.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably with a B2B background.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Highly proactive, hardworking, and capable of working under pressure with strong internal drive.
- Knowledge of the local market or an existing client base is an advantage.
Preferred Background
- Experience in e-commerce, consulting, or startup/tech environments.
Required Proficiencies and Technical Skills
- Strong management and communication skills.
- Must have a laptop or tablet to use for presentation
- Flexibility and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Driving skills, preferably with a personal vehicle.
Educational Requirements
- Completion of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
