About The Role

You'll be the financial backbone supporting Owners Corporations — keeping accounts in order, transactions accurate, and clients informed.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Management

  • Process levy notices, receipts, and arrears reports
  • Follow up on outstanding payments
  • Perform basic debt collection and reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate receivables records

Accounts Payable Management

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations
  • Manage payment allocations and fund transfers
  • Process invoices and creditor payments
  • Support refunds and on-charge transactions

Account Administration & Documentation

  • Prepare welcome letters and ownership updates
  • Draft Owners Corporation Certificates
  • Maintain and update documentation in systems
  • Respond to account-related queries

Financial Reporting Support

  • Assist in levy preparation and debt recovery reporting
  • Prepare month-end reports and SMS reports
  • Support financial data preparation

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in bookkeeping, accounts administration, or financial support
  • Bookkeeping or accounting certifications are an advantage
  • Accounting software, online document management systems, Microsoft Office
  • Basic understanding of financial processes (receivables, payables, reconciliations)
  • Strong communication skills for handling client queries and coordinating with stakeholders
