Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end merchant onboarding, from account setup to go-live readiness
  • Validate merchant requirements, documentation, and system configurations
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure timely onboarding
  • Track onboarding progress and identify bottlenecks or delays
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and tools
  • Support merchants during onboarding by addressing questions and providing guidance
  • Monitor onboarding KPIs such as activation rate, time-to-live, and onboarding completion rate
  • Continuously improve onboarding workflows and documentation
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process standardization

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, onboarding, or account setup roles
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or tech platforms is a plus
