Job Description:

Work closely with the Shopee Marketing team to support buyer-facing marketing exposure that drives demand for SPX Express
Support voucher planning and other demand-driving initiatives, while conducting demand forecasting and volume tracking to support business planning
Collaborate with the merchant acquisition team to align demand with supply, including planning across SKU mix, F&B categories, merchant types, and target locations
Support campaign planning end-to-end, including promotion mechanics, budget tracking, demand and supply assumptions, execution readiness, and performance monitoring
Monitor business performance and campaign metrics, and help identify areas for improvement in demand generation and execution
Prepare planning trackers, reports, and business updates to support team visibility and decision-making
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support smooth execution and alignment across marketing, BD, operations, and other relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

0-5 years of experience in marketing, business planning, FP&A, project management, strategy, e-commerce, logistics, or a related field fresh graduates with strong internships or relevant experience are welcome to apply
Bachelor's degree in any field candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving skills are preferred
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable working with numbers, forecasts, and performance data
Strong logical thinking and a data-driven mindset
Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across different teams
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willing to learn, take ownership, and support cross-functional execution
