We are looking for a results-driven and forward-thinking MEPF Manager to lead and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) works on-site.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end MEPF execution: design, installation, testing & commissioning, handover, and close-out
- Ensure all works meet quality standards, project specifications, and client requirements
- Resolve technical issues in collaboration with the Project Manager and team
- Review construction drawings and validate alignment with contract deliverables
- Develop proposals and recommendations to improve design efficiency and quality
- Clearly present and interpret MEPF schematics and work sequences
- Manage and lead:
- At least 5 MEPF Supervisors and 15 Engineers
- Multiple subcontractors with up to 500 workers
- Evaluate subcontractor billings, claim, and change orders
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary Engineering, or related field (License preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of completing at least 3 full project cycles (pre-construction to handover)
- Experience managing large-scale MEPF packages (500M+)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
- Experience working with foreign clients/designers is an advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
