Experience in instructional design, with few years in a management role.
Proven track record of designing and developing effective learning programs.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Experience with various instructional design tools and technologies, such as authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia production software.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
