Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Sales Representative position covering locations such as Cagayan de Oro City and Zamboanga City, Mindanao. The primary responsibilities include promoting and selling medical products to healthcare professionals, building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, preparing sales reports, and meeting sales targets. The Medical Sales Representative will regularly visit clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare establishments to educate and inform professionals about the products offered by Possumus Inc..

Qualifications

• Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Sales, account management, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of medical products
• Organizational, time management, and strategic planning abilities
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Marketing, Healthcare, or Business is preferred
• Previous experience in sales, especially in the medical or pharmaceutical field, is an advantage
• Ability to travel within assigned territories as required
