Role Description
This is a full-time remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) role. The SDR will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential leads, building client relationships, and supporting business development efforts.
Key responsibilities include outbound calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and managing the sales pipeline. The SDR will collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall company growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Hands-on experience with Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM platforms
Demonstrated expertise in outbound calling and lead generation
Strong skills in inside sales and business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote, results-driven environment
Experience with CRM systems and workflow automation tools is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
