What You'll Do

  • Gather, organize, and prepare source documents for accurate upload into system databases
  • Reach out to internal and external parties to secure required documents and information
  • Save, sort, and manage documents from multiple sources while maintaining proper version control
  • Review data for discrepancies, missing pages, or incomplete information and escalate issues as needed
  • Validate case information using various websites and reference sources
  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, proofreading, and case support
  • Ensure strict compliance with data security practices and HIPAA confidentiality standards

Key Criteria


  • At least 3 years of administrative and clerical support experience for medical/insurance industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft office particularly Excel, Word and working familiarity with PDF/TIFF documents.
  • Keen to details and able to manage large volumes of documents & data
  • Comfortable working with databases, online systems, and document management tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills, organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills

Work setup:


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST with a full onsite work arrangement.
