What You'll Do
- Monitor a centralized email inbox, accurately reviewing and routing high-volume incoming documents to the appropriate office or team.
- Identify gaps in document handling processes and ensure proper classification, distribution, and workflow efficiency.
- Gather, organize, and manage documents from multiple sources for accurate database uploads while maintaining proper version control.
- Communicate with internal and external parties to obtain required documents, verify information, and resolve outstanding items.
- Review case data for discrepancies, missing pages, or incomplete information, escalating issues when necessary and validating details through reference websites and sources.
- Perform clerical and administrative support tasks, including filing, emailing, proofreading, and case support, while ensuring compliance with data security procedures and HIPAA confidentiality standards.
Key Criteria
- At least 3 years of administrative and clerical support experience for medical/insurance industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft office particularly Excel, Word and working familiarity with PDF/TIFF documents.
- Keen to details and able to manage large volumes of documents & data.
- Comfortable working with databases, online systems, and document management tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Pacific Standard Time of 8.00am to 5.00pm (11.00pm to 8.00am PHT) with a full onsite work arrangement.
