The Role
We are looking for a Media Buyer to help scale our paid acquisition efforts across multiple traffic sources. You will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling high-performing campaigns that drive consumer loan applications across the United States.
This role is ideal for someone with strong performance marketing experience who understands how to optimize campaigns using data, testing, and continuous iteration.
Key Responsibilities
Launch, manage, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Native, and programmatic networks
Optimize campaigns for CPA, CPL, and ROI performance
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions
Conduct ongoing A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
Monitor traffic quality and conversion performance
Work closely with internal teams to improve funnel performance and lead monetization
Identify new traffic opportunities and scaling strategies
Requirements
3+ years experience in performance marketing or media buying
Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Native advertising platforms
Proven ability to scale profitable campaigns
Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data
Experience optimizing for CPA, CPL, or lead generation campaigns
Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
Nice to have
Experience in financial services, lending, or lead generation verticals
Experience buying traffic for loan, fintech, or insurance offers
Familiarity with affiliate marketing or lead marketplaces
