Job Description

All shortlisted candidates will go through a Media Buyer Technical Exam.

Our work set-up is 3x/onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig

  • Campaign Implementation & Management
  • Ensures the successful execution of performance marketing strategies with a focus on error-free implementation.
  • Manages the end-to-end execution of campaigns across paid channels, ensuring that all campaign elements are implemented correctly.
  • Monitors campaign delivery closely to ensure KPIs are met, making necessary adjustments based on performance.
  • Tracking & Attribution
  • Generates and implements UTM tags or tracking pixels on client websites or apps to track key metrics like impressions, clicks, and conversions.
  • Ensures accurate conversion tracking, following standard procedures and guidelines.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Tracks, compiles, and reports on KPIs in collaboration with the analytics team to create regular performance reports.
  • Identifies areas for improvement and optimization based on campaign data.
  • Provides basic performance insights but may require guidance for deeper strategic recommendations.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Conducts quality checks to ensure implemented elements (assets, tracking, etc.) are functioning as expected.
  • Resolves common issues related to ad functionality or ad rendering.
  • Escalates more complex issues to senior team members for resolution.
  • Ad Technology Management
  • Regularly contributes to ongoing best practices and campaign processes.
  • Stays updated on emerging media trends and technologies
  • Billing Management
  • Assist in verifying campaign details, budgets, and media placements, under guidance from the senior buyer.
  • Monitor billing deadlines and flag discrepancies; escalate issues to senior buyer for resolution.
  • Follow up with vendors for timely invoice submissions.
  • Provide basic billing info and assist with invoice tracking; report issues to the senior buyer for more complex resolutions.
  • Audit campaign expenses and assist with securing approvals, ensuring all required documents are in place.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate basic billing reports for senior buyer's review.
  • Inform teams of potential delays, escalate unresolved issues to senior buyer, and ensure smooth process flow.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Is proficient in paid media tools such as Google Ads, META Business Tools, TikTok Ads, etc. with a strong focus on executing campaigns effectively.
  • Has strong analytical skills and can analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights, with the ability to execute optimization strategies based on performance.
  • Is familiar with ad ops tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of key metrics.
  • Presents data and insights to internal teams, helping optimize campaigns but typically with less direct client-facing responsibility.
  • Is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns are executed on time.
  • Works on executing tasks to meet client objectives, with some involvement in client communication but under the guidance of planners and senior team members
  • Collaborates effectively within the team, ensuring smooth campaign execution and reporting.
  • Is eager to learn and grow in the role, often seeking guidance from senior team members on more complex tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in media buying or related fields, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Open to recent graduates with the right aptitude and eagerness to learn. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Statistics, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Experience working with paid media tools such as Google Ads, META Business Tools, TikTok Ads, etc.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Works closely with team members to implement strategies and optimizations, focusing on day-to-day campaign execution.
  • Strong internet connection with clear audio output during remote work days.
