The Role

We're hiring a Meta / Growth Marketer based in the US to help build and scale acquisition systems for our clients.

This is not a set up some ads and send a report role.

You'll be responsible for owning performance on Meta, understanding the full funnel, finding growth opportunities fast, and working with creative, web, and strategy teams to improve results week after week.

You should be someone who understands that better performance doesn't come from media buying alone. It comes from message, offer, landing page, tracking, conversion rate, and speed of iteration.

What You'll Do

• Own Meta ad performance across client accounts

• Build, launch, and optimize campaign structures for scale

• Analyze performance daily and turn data into decisions

• Identify where growth is actually being won or lost:

 • creative

 • offer

 • landing page

 • funnel

 • targeting

 • tracking

• Work closely with creative strategists to brief new concepts and iterations

• Work with web/dev when landing pages, tracking, or conversion flow need improvement

• Monitor CAC, MER, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and contribution to actual business growth

• Spot wasted spend fast and act on it

• Build testing roadmaps, not random experiments

• Help create clear performance narratives internally and for clients

• Push for better systems, faster feedback loops, and cleaner execution

Requirements

• Based in the United States

• Strong experience running Meta Ads for ecommerce and/or lead gen

• Strong grasp of growth strategy beyond media buying

• Comfortable working across the full funnel

• Able to interpret data and make sharp decisions quickly

• Experience briefing creatives and turning performance data into new tests

• Strong understanding of tracking fundamentals, attribution, and conversion flow

• Clear communicator

• High ownership

• Fast, organized, and proactive

Big Plus If You Also Have

• Experience with landing pages and CRO

• Experience with Shopify, funnels, or direct response offers

• Experience with Google Ads or other paid channels

• Experience in an agency or high-performance client environment

• Strong instinct for ad creative and positioning

• Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros, Motion, GA4, GTM, etc.
