We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to lead and execute brand awareness campaigns across multiple retail brands, aligned with the company's overall marketing direction.
This role owns the execution and performance of awareness campaigns ensuring strong alignment with Marketing and Creatives while leveraging data to continuously improve results. The role operates with guidance from the Digital Marketing Manager but is expected to independently drive campaign execution and performance.
The ideal candidate is organized, data-conscious, collaborative, and creatively driven.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Awareness Campaign Execution
- Execute brand awareness and boosting ads across platforms (Meta, TikTok, and other applicable channels).
- Own campaign setup including audience targeting, placements, and budget allocation.
- Align campaigns with marketing calendars and brand priorities.
- Monitor campaign pacing and ensure timely and accurate execution.
Campaign Monitoring & Data Gathering
- Track key awareness metrics such as reach, impressions, frequency, CPM, video views, and engagement.
- Consolidate and maintain daily and weekly performance reports.
- Identify and flag performance irregularities or optimization opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency across campaigns.
Coordination with Marketing & Creatives
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creatives in campaign planning, content development, and asset requirements.
- Ensure all ad materials align with campaign objectives and brand positioning.
- Provide structured feedback on creative performance based on campaign data.
- Contribute insights to improve future campaigns and content direction.
Campaign Analysis & Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights for optimization.
- Recommend adjustments on creatives, targeting, and budget allocation based on data.
- Prepare performance summaries and present key learnings.
- Manage awareness campaign budgets and track spend efficiency.
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager for alignment and strategic guidance, while owning execution and performance delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or paid ads execution.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads is required.
- Familiarity with awareness metrics (Reach, CPM, Frequency, Engagement).
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
