Role Overview:
You will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads while also maintaining the integrity, structure, and performance of our Klaviyo email database. This is a dual-focus role combining campaign execution and database optimization.
Paid Media Responsibilities (Campaign-Specific):
- Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads as required
- Support amplification of influencer content through paid channels
- Manage campaign structure, audience targeting, bid strategies, and reporting
- Optimize campaigns aligned with product catalogues and seasonal promotions
- Monitor performance and provide insights and reporting on results
Database Management Responsibilities (Ongoing):
- Own and manage the Klaviyo email database
- Conduct bi-monthly database hygiene and cleanup
- Maintain list segmentation, suppression lists, and contact accuracy
- Monitor and resolve deliverability and compliance issues
- Ensure database integrity and structure are consistently maintained
What We're Looking For:
- Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong experience with Klaviyo database management and hygiene (not just email sending)
- E-commerce or retail marketing experience preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a low-frequency, high-accountability environment
- Focus on quality of output over volume of hours
