Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Paid Ads Specialist – Digital Marketing who will be responsible for managing and optimising our client's paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing, experience with data analysis, and a proven track record of creating effective ad campaigns that maximise ROI.
In addition to paid media expertise, the role requires graphic design and social media management skills, along with a genuine passion for digital marketing across various platforms. Hands-on experience in paid advertising is strictly required.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other platforms
- Monitor, optimise, and scale campaigns to meet KPIs and maximise return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Manage budgets, bids, and campaign performance across multiple channels
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reports
- Develop data-driven strategies based on client goals and audience insights
- Track and analyse traffic and conversions using analytics tools
- Provide forecasts, budget recommendations, and performance projections
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Communicate strategies, results, and insights clearly with clients and internal teams
Social Media:
- Support content creation and multi-platform social media management
- Repurpose content across channels and manage engagement (comments, outreach)
- Execute social media outreach, including sequencing and appointment setting
- Assist with social media strategy and KPI tracking
- Support email marketing initiatives
- Use AI tools (e.g., Claude) for campaign optimisation, ideation, and workflow efficiency
- Assist with basic content production, including simple video and YouTube content
- Leverage tools such as Halaxy and Monday.com for workflow and project management
Requirements
- Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads (required).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or other reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with bid management and tracking tools, as well as basic knowledge of SEO and conversion rate optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and report presentations.
- High attention to detail, especially in budget management and performance tracking.
- Highly organised and able to manage tasks independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint Certification
- Experience with additional platforms (e.g., Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Knowledge of landing page optimisation and conversion tracking
- Experience working with e-commerce brands or agencies is a plus
Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php55,000
2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months, and after Probation

10. SHIFT TIMES: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine time, Monday to Friday
