Job Description:
We are looking for aMechanical Engineerto join our Engineering Department. The role involves overseeing and coordinating allmechanical worksrelated toair-conditioning, smoke control, and fire protection systemsfor new store constructions and renovation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor ongoing construction and renovation projects for all mechanical works.
- Review and handle submission of mechanical documents such as plans, BOMs, and permits.
- Approve and evaluate material specifications for mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the project management team.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical installations.
- Ensure BFP compliance and address all mechanical-related concerns.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and monitor material deliveries to site.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer(required).
- Withexperience in construction or building servicesprojects (aircon, fire protection, mechanical systems).
- Knowledge inAutoCADand mechanical plans interpretation.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and project monitoring skills.
- Willing to travel or be assigned to project sites.
