About The Role
Xtreme Works Inc. is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in our Ortigas, Pasig City office. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and optimization of our cutting-edge industrial machinery and equipment. What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and developing mechanical systems, components, and products to meet specific requirements and industry standards
- Analysing technical data, conducting tests, and troubleshooting issues to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including electrical and software engineers, to integrate mechanical systems into larger projects
- Providing technical support and guidance to production and maintenance teams
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering
- Documenting designs, test results, and engineering processes to ensure compliance and enable continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
- Proficient in the use of CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, for design and analysis
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, safety, and process improvement
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices
