Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a mechanical engineer head based in Taguig. The role involves leading the mechanical engineering team and overseeing project execution. Responsibilities include designing and reviewing complex machinery, developing machine specifications, managing engineering projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met, conducting research for improved systems, and utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create detailed designs and schematics.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Mechanical Engineering, including the principles of system and equipment functionality
• Proficient in Design and Estimation
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and software for drafting and design
• Experience in Project Management, with the ability to lead teams and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (required)
• Professional engineering license or certification (preferred)
